I wanted to build a house that I’d be able to have roommates in while going to university. My goal was to have each room have a different focus/major that the sims where studying in. It’s a 4 bedroom house with 2 and half bathrooms. There’s 3 levels to it and a nice sized garden on the side. Hope you like it!
