The Barbie Estate is a 64×64 lot in Chestnut Ridge with The Chartwell Mansion!
I used another lot as a base, however I demolished the house and built this mansion from the ground up.
It’s based off the Chartwell Mansion in California.
It Features Indoor And Outdoor Swimming Pools!
It has a garage housing several Bugatti cars and above the garage and accessible via several ladders, we have the family helicopter sitting on it’s pad!
It has a small garden, a two-stable stall for horses, and a coral.
It has a large kitchen with plenty of comfortabe seating as well as a chef stations and dining areas on both sides!
Upstairs, the second floor is accessible via several elevators or optionally several stairs.
Here, we have 3 accessible balconies on the front and sides, 4 bedrooms, a large study room with 8 computers, a fireplace, and 6 large painting easels.
on the 3rd floor, we have a large living room area with a large wall-mounted flat screen television, 7 sofas, 2 fireplaces, a few paintings, and 2 chess tables.
Also, there is another large room with a dj booth, stereo, wall speakers, dance floor, 2 bar stations, and a large wall-mounted flat screen television.
That’s pretty much it for The Chartwell Mansion, however I will be adding more furnishings and updating it from time to time.
I’ll try to fix the smudges on the helicopter.
