Here’s a base game starter home for your sims. I built this in Newcrest, on the 30×30 lot, using on base game objects. Enable bb.moveobjects before placing the lot. The Greenhouse doesn’t have windows (ikr crazy), since it would’ve made the lot more expensive. If your sims have the simoleons for it, I’d definitely add them! Hope you enjoy it!
