Hi! This sweater is HQ compatible and can be found in the Top category in CAS and in the Full body category in CAS for infants. The rudolph nose is 3D like a pompom (for female adults only) and I worked on the emission map to make the nose light up in-game.

*Since the nose for the female adult version is in 3D and is placed in a problematic area is breaking a little bit when you make a sim with very big breasts.
*For the infant you have two versions, one lights up in the game and the other doesn’t because I thought it could be dangerous for a baby to wear something like that, but since this is a game xD you can choose or even have both versions. It can be used as pajamas.
*The male version has extra dark colors.
